To further develop our remediation division, we are seeking to recruit a talented individual who wishes to express his or her ambitions in a “front of house” accountable senior managers role.
The successful candidate will be fully supported during an ambitious development programme to strengthen and gain market share in the remediation of contaminated land, whilst fostering relationships with new and existing clients across the entire UK.
Ideally, the candidate should have a background in environmental science and be very familiar with remediation technologies and how they may best be used to provide solutions to brownfield sites. A strong business acumen and knowledge of current regulatory legislation is paramount. You must be proficient in drafting workable solutions from first principles through to applied technologies that will add value to contaminated sites, provide building platforms, where required and be environmentally acceptable. Candidates from a consultancy background who can demonstrate in depth knowledge and with a desire to manage their own business unit are welcomed. The role will attract a very rewarding salary and performance related profit share commensurate with this very important position. Whilst we appreciate the importance of a work life balance, this role is not for the faint-hearted or disinclined.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will have full control P & L control and there will be no barriers as to how far you wish to progress this sector of our business. The opportunity to work alongside some key individuals within other divisions of DXI will provide support to ensure that your administrative duties, whilst important, are lessened, such that you can concentrate on providing certainty for our clients and manage your division. The important of this position cannot be under estimated and as such, following a probationary period, you will take up a position on our Board of Directors.
